Milkman: the challenger agency taking it to some of the world's biggest brands

Earlier this year, we pulled off a spectacle that nobody had ever done before - we delivered a Mini Cooper by air in Australia's first helicopter car delivery! This stunt for CARS24 generated a huge amount of national and international coverage, far surpassing all of our expectations for the activation, across all metrics.

The campaign was so successful in fact, that we've been named as a finalist for the 2022 Mumbrella Awards to be held in August, in the category of 'Best Use of Experiential Marketing'. Our activation for client CARS24 made the final cut, along with campaigns for some of the world's biggest brands, including AirBNB, Netflix, KFC, Amazon Prime. Safe to say we're all incredibly proud of this achievement.

With our finalist status confirmed, we recently dropped by Sydney to give our final pitch to the judging panel - giving them a "story behind the story" account of just how we pulled the helicopter delivery off.

From describing the challenges we faced even planning a stunt like this, to navigating the extended periods of terrible Sydney weather that wasn't exactly helicopter-friendly, to explaining how we delivered an idea that completely blew away all performance expectations, the Milkman team definitely showed the judges that you don't need to have huge budgets or a huge name to generate big results for your clients!

Now, we wait and see if we're crowned the winners of Australia's 'Best Use of Experiential Marketing'. Fingers crossed!
